My practice is characterized by respect, compassion, dignity, practicality, results and warmth. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.  Feel free to reach out using any of the below methods, and I will be sure to get back to you within 3 business days (Monday-Friday; I do not respond to inquiries over the weekend and will never respond to inquiries over major holidays). By initiating contact with me, you are agreeing that I can reach back out to you using the contact information you provide. If you do not wish for me to leave a message for you or email you back due to privacy concerns, please be sure to clearly specify that in your communication to me.

As a reminder, your privacy is always a top priority. Email is not a secure form of communication, and should never be used to convey information of an urgent nature. Thus, please never include personal information about your concerns, challenges, or in relation to your health condition. Unless you are an established client who has signed a confidentiality agreement with information about your privacy rights, and we are communicating through the secure client portal, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, my contact information should never be used if you are in crisis.
